At Junior, we are committed to providing top-quality education. If a paid course does not meet your expectations, eligible refund requests will be handled in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund on a paid course enrollment:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the course purchase date.
• You must have completed less than 20% of the total course video lessons or module content.
• No certificate of completion has been issued for the requested course.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following products and services are non-refundable:

• Courses where more than 20% of the content has been watched or completed.
• Courses where a completion certificate has already been generated or awarded.
• Downloaded study packs, e-books, or digital assets.
• Special promotional bundles or discounted flash sales marked as non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To submit a refund request:

1. Send an email to our support team at isuru818@gmail.com.
2. Include your registered student name, email address, payment receipt number, and course title.
3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request to help us improve our course content.

5. Processing Timelines & Methods

Once your refund request is received and verified:

• Our billing team will review and respond to your request within 2 to 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (or via direct bank transfer for manual bank receipts).
• Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, refunded funds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
